A Win in Federal Court – “Not Guilty”

Last Month I had the privilege of representing my client, a Customs and Border Patrol Agent, who was charged in federal court in the District of New Jersey.   My client and his co-defendant were charged with two counts each of the federal crime of assaulting other officers.   After a three week trial,  the jury returned verdicts of not guilty on all counts.  I was fortunate to work on the case with two amazingly talented and hard-working lawyers – Joe Tacopina and Chad Seigel.  A heart filled “Thank You” to you both!  On to the the next one…. April trial in the SDNY!
