I can’t begin to express how grateful my family and I were to have Loraine and her staff in our desperate time of need.
It’s difficult for me to put into words what an amazing attorney and person Lorraine is. Unlike most lawyers, Lorraine honestly cared and made time for me even though she had a lot of other cases. She was always positive, very attentive, and answering my phone calls. Lorraine and I not only communicated over the phone, but she also visited me several times. Her care and concern for me were so immense that I see her as family now. Lorraine is honestly one of the best attorneys a person can have.
I had the distinct pleasure of dealing directly with Lorraine Gauli-Rufo a number of years ago, when she was defending my son. I came to Ms. Gauli Rufo with an extemely complex and frustrating case. Her confidence and calm demeanor did much to assuage my fears, and while she prepared me that she was an “aggressive” law firm, I did not realize how significant that was until I saw her and her assistant in action. They were superb and wrapped up a case I thought would take months of torture in a few weeks. The were charming and kept me informed at every turn. Lorraine was an exceptional attorney who was punctual at every meeting. She called me ant text[ed] me from time to time, and she worked with the [AUSA] well.
